It would be nice if we could use custom Luts in Pixelmator Pro for color correction.

LUTs support is on the roadmap, importing definitely and most likely exporting too.

I would also love to be able to use and especially create my own LUTs.

Nothing yet but it's still on our roadmap. I'm always wary of promising dates but if things go well, it should be available in one of the updates after a few more big updates which are nearing completion. That means at least a few more months, if not more, but not another 12 months.
