Hi, I’m shooting raw (NEF) exclusively on my Nikon D750 with my color space set to Adobe RGB. When I import a raw file into my iPad and edit it with Pixelmator Photo, what color space is being used?

RAW photos don't actually have color spaces because the files are simply unprocessed camera sensor data. Once you process the photo and assign an exact color value to each pixel, it's at that point that color spaces become relevant. In other words, color spaces are only used for developed photo files (TIFFs, JPEGs, etc). In Pixelmator Photo, we use Display P3 for RAW files by default.

Thank you, so when I save an edited raw image to Photos it is saving a .jpg file it would have a color profile applied but I’m not sure what the end result would be. P3, sRGB or aRGB. I’m guessing P3 then?

Yep, Display P3 would be the color profile used for those photos.
