Change the Outline of selected layer from White to Black

Hi,

I would like to change the color of the layer selected from White to Black (attaching screenshot).

It used to be black earlier, but when I recently updated Pixelmator, it has turned White.

Please help because it is difficult to work with light colored backgrounds.
