I have a year-old Wacom Intuos drawing tablet with the latest drivers. I configured one of the tablet buttons to Pan/Zoom. When I hold that button, I can click-drag to zoom the canvas in and out, similar to pinching a trackpad. However, that zoom action seems to be treated like several consecutive brush strokes in Pixelmator Pro. Here's what that looks like.
1. Brush stroke
2. Zoom (via tablet Pan/Zoom function)
3. Undo (expecting the brush stroke to disappear)
4. Undo
5. Undo
...
n. Undo (now the brush stroke is gone)

I don't know if this is a problem with Pixelmator or the tablet. The issue does not occur with a regular built-in trackpad zoom, only with the tablet's Pan/Zoom function. I hope this is enough information to investigate.
MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports)
MacOS 10.14.6 Movaje
Pixelmator Pro 1.6.3 Magenta
Zoom gesture inexplicably added to the undo stack (Wacom tablet)
