Colour tagging and Scroll bar in layers panel (UI)

Description:
When you tag a layer, then you scroll in the layers panel, the scroll bar is overlaid above the tag colour, both ugly and distracting
Repro steps:
Make 20 - 30 layers, tag a few of them, then scroll!
Expected behaviour:
Tag colours disappear or move inward when scrolling, or there is simply more space for the scrollbar to sit in the UI
Actual behaviour:
UI is blocked, and can be distracting
Reproduces:
Every time, MacBook Air, M1, 16GB ram

Thanks for the feedback, Tali! Yeah, the scrollbars have always been a bit of a pain point for us, and we don't really feel like their place in the Layers sidebar is set and final yet. We'll see if we can think of a way to position the scrollbar and the color tags without the overlap in the next batch of Layers sidebar-related updates.

Ain't that right! While I can't promise a definite fix but, the devs have acknowledged the issue so there's a good chance it'll end up on our to-do list for those Layers sidebar updates.
