Hello!

I'm starting a project to scan many old photo albums to archive the photos digitally,

Unfortunately, most of the photos are in "self-stick" albums, making it difficult or impossible to get the photos out without damaging them.

I have access to an A5-size scanner that should be able to scan an entire page of photos at once. Is it possible in Pixelmator Pro to have it load up one of these master scans and auto-find and isolate the individual photos into individual files?

If not in Pixelmator, any recommendations on something to do this on the Mac?

Thanks!

Hi.
Maybe the Slice tool (K) will do what you want: marking different images from the single scan - set file format - export in one go.

The scanner OEM software may support that function. What scanner?

If that does not work, try the VueScan app https://www.hamrick.com/. It works with just about any scanner in existence.
