In my workflow, I usually make the same changes to all documents, that is, a lot of copies and pastes. But every time I have to arrange it because it doesn't paste it on the same position. I don't know how or if it exists.

Thank you for answering in advance.

From a quick test this seems to work.
1. Make your selection either on the original or duplicated image and in Layers Panel make a right click on the image and call: Add Mask
2. Now copy this layer
3. Go to new document and paste. The masked element will appearrelative to the centred images now.
If the documents have different resolution you might won´t get the expected placement.

A slightly stupid bot working solution I found was to put the layers I want to copypaste in a group and add a rectangle spanning the entire image area to that group. Copypaste that group to the other projects and then delete the rectangle. When pasting, make sure to have nothing selected in the document.

In case the team is reading this: I would love to see a proper feature for this, like ⌘⇧V (or ⌘⌥V) "Phaste at original position"!

yes to that, plus if it'd work when documents are of different resolutions and sizes, very useful for creating documents of different paper sizes

I agree with you.
