How to no longer have the request if Accept Modification Photomator?

Is it possible to no longer have the request for acceptance when saving changes to a photo in Photomator?

I run the latest iOS and iPadOS os of today (17.0.2 I thnk) and this dialog still shows. I need to confirm every deletion. Annoying.
