Need Help Recovering Brush Collection

I accidentally deleted the Default brush collection and want to get it back. Can anyone help?

If you want to reset the Brushes palette to default (to get all your default brushes back), here's how you'd need to do it:

1. Click View > Show Brushes (if the Brushes palette isn't already) visible
2. Click the Action pop-up menu (gear icon) in the palette
3. Hold down the Option (⌥) key and click Reset Brushes

I’ve deleted/ removed a couple of brushes and I was hoping I can find a way to rest them I was wondering if there is a different way of bringing them back. I can’t seem to find the settings or option to this, I’ve tried looking through the community forums and can’t find anything except this post. Seems like nobody has had this problem except me plus this blog/post hasn't been updated since “2019” and I don’t think this option works. I could really use someone or a team member to help out please!!

Hold down the 'option' key and choose Reset Brushes to restore all deleted brushes:
