Convert to Pixel and Merge - Blurry

Hello,

Can you all look into the Convert to Pixel and Merge features? Currently, I've run into several issues when designing posters. Everything looks great until I merge or convert to pixels. Sometimes it looks better when I resize after the conversion, but it's never the same as the original. And yes, I do have Pixel Grid on.
