Does anyone know if it is possible to delete a selection in Pixelmator for iOS? I would like to be able to select/invert/soften-feather, then delete that selection to blur the edges of a photo so that it will blend into whatever background it is placed on.
If deleting is not possible, would anyone have any thoughts on how I can accomplish said task? I know I can do it on my mac but as I try to see if I can work strictly on my iPad, I'm wondering if I can use Pixelmator here.
Thanks!
Delete selection

Sure. Once you have finished selecting an area, hit 'Done' then tap on the selected area. You will get a pop-up menu of things you can do with the selection, one of which is 'Cut'.
Hope this helps (and this is what you meant).

Hi Stef,
Exactly what I meant. Thank-you. It works perfectly. I looked everywhere trying to find the delete/cut including trying keyboard shortcuts, etc. It’s always less complicated than we try to make it.
Cheers!
