Hey,
spent an hour looking for solution but couldn't find one.
I created clipping mask (photo over letters) and it works BUT it somewhat is affected by layers under a letter layer - colours are washed out because of it. When I turn visibility of on the most lower layer (lets call it background) - colour in the cutout are fine. I tried to group clipping masked photo with letters but that doesn’t help. The only workaround I found is to merge it - but this is not ideal (I cant see in full colour photo under letters and am unable to judge what looks best AND I cannot easily change anything).
Any help appreciated

It seems there´s already some effects to the "New Group" applied - some blur from what I see:
plus maybe a wrong blend mode?

I added "group" as a step to try to find a solution - its exactly the same effect without a group.

Where does the blur comes from?
