Add Prism Blur effect with aberration strength and distance control...

Hello,

I would like to request the addition of a new effect called Prism Blur to Pixelmator Pro. This effect would be a great addition to Pixelmator Pro's existing set of blur effects.

"Prism Blur" FX would allow users to apply a blur to their images that are controlled by (for example) three variables: blur strength, aberration strength, and distance.

I think this feature would be particularly useful for creative photographers and graphic designers looking to add a unique, artistic touch to their work.
