Grabbing a still every several seconds from a video file?

For obscure reasons, I used to use Photoshop to grab a still frame from a video every "x" numbers of seconds. This would give me a folder of still images. I can't figure out how to do this in the latest Pixelmator Pro. I would appreciate any advice! Thanks - John
