Clone tool with 2 images open

I would like the ability to open 2 images at the same time and clone parts of image 1 to image 2.

Too easy. Select two images in finder, right click "Open with" Pixelmator Pro. You will open two windows or two tabs. Cloning only works in one window/tab, but you can copy stuff in one window/tab, switch to the other window/tab and paste, creating a new layer. Then you can edit and move that copied layer as you require.
