Remove shiny skin

Hello, from time to time in bright sunlight parts of the forehead (or top of a balding persons head) appears shiny because of the sun. I’m wondering if there is a technique or workflow in Photomator to remove this? Thank you

Soft brush, mask the area & adjust highlights etc?
