ML Enhance
With the machine-learning powered ML Enhance tool, you can automatically improve the light and color of a photo.
Trained on millions of image pairs — one with bad exposure, contrast, or colors, and the other professionally edited — ML Enhance applies a balanced mix of color adjustments to make your photos look their best.
ML Enhance adjusts the Lightness, White Balance, Hue & Saturation, Color Balance, and Selective Color. You can see all the changes ML Enhance makes in each of those adjustments and, if you feel like it, you can always fine-tune them yourself.
To automatically enhance a photo:
- Open an image you'd like to enhance.
- Do one of the following:
- Tap
at the top of the screen. - Press + on your keyboard.
- Tap
in the toolbar to compare the photo before and after ML Enhance.
To turn off ML Enhance for all adjustments, tap again.
To turn ML Enhance off for individual adjustments, tap ML next to the adjustment.
