Hoping for SONY a7c2 raw support

Photomator is an amazing photo editor! But it seems that RAW format shot by SONY A7C2 is not supported yet. I am wondering is there any plan to support it? Thanks

Not sure if you still need answers for this but as far as I know pixelmator and photomator uses IOS RAW engine so it depends on Apple. I just got the A7C2 as well and is using adobe in the mean time.

If this is still a live thread, just wondering if anyone else has managed to open an uncompressed RAW file from a SONY A7C II in Pixelmator Pro V3.5.7 ?

The latest update for MAC OS SONOMA (14.4) supports raw from this camera (e.g. opens in Preview) as do other MAC OS APPs (e.g. Photomatix Pro 7) but Pixelmator Pro won't open the file. Thought it might be the Lossless compressed Raw but none of the Raw options will open.

Still unable to open in Pixelmator or Photomator and i think at this point we might just have to wait for the next OS during WWDC. I have filled the camera support form (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIp ... A/viewform) multiple times but have not heard back at all.

Have you sent feedback via the menu option in Photomator? As above if IOS raw engine supports the files now then surely Photomator should since thats what its built around

Yahoo, just opened and edited a raw image from Sony A7C2 in Pixelmator Pro 3.6.4
